BIOGRAPHY :
Xx The group was born from the meeting of Oliver Sim (vocals), Romy Madley-Croft (vocals), Baria Qureshi (guitar, keyboards) and Jamie Smith (drums) around 2005 in London (United Kingdom). Oliver and Romy are two childhood friends and they meet Baria and Jamie at the Elliott School. Shared between the school and gigs, the band still manages to meet regularly to rehearse and develop a series of pieces. Xx's music, blending rock and dream pop captivated audiences at the many concerts given by the group. This passion attracts a record company decides to produce the band's first album. The album "XX" in 2009 and released two singles "Basic Space" and "Crystallized" were met with good success that promises a bright future for this young group.
