BIOGRAPHY :
Michèle Torr, whose real name is Michelle Clebert Tort, was born April 7, 1947 at Pertuis in the Vaucluse (France). At age six, she participated in her first singing competition and finds great pleasure. Become a teenager, she won first prize in a radio hook that allows him to sing the first part of Jacques Brel in Avignon. This victory strengthens Michèle Torr's intention to become a singer like her idol, Edith Piaf. In 1963, she went to Paris for an audition in a record company.
