BIOGRAPHY

Sade Adu, whose real name Helen Folasade Adu was born January
16, 1959 in Ibadan (Nigeria) to a Nigerian father and British
mother. His parents divorced when she was three years old and
her mother moved to Colchester, United Kingdom. Creator of the
soul, Sade is studying fashion design for man and in parallel,
she sings in a band. The song quickly became a world in which
Sade flourishes. She wrote her first songs and surrounded by a
group of musicians. The group took the name of its charismatic
singer and released his first album ( "Diamond Life")
in 1984. A mixture of jazz, soul, pop and funk album was a huge
success around the world including the song "Smooth Operator"
