BIOGRAPHY :
The group My Dying Bride was born from the meeting in June 1990 by Calvin Robertshaw, Aaron Stainthorpe, Andrew and Rick Miah Craighan in Cleckheaton (United Kingdom). Thereafter, movements within the group will be many and today My Dying Bride is composed of five members: Aaron Stainthorpe (vocals), Hamish Glencross (guitar), Andrew Craighan (guitar), Lena Abe (bass), Dan Mullins (drums).

The group released its first demo in 1990 and is quickly noticed. Of pure death metal beginnings, the group directs his music style to a more slow and emotional. In 1992, finally released the first album the group "As The Flower Withers", considered one of the best albums of the style of the year.
