BIOGRAPHY

Daniel Merriweather was born in 1982 in Melbourne (Australia).
His musical education began with violin lessons at the age of
four years. Teenager, he fell under the spell of hip-hop culture
and was returning from school for disciplinary reasons. He decides
to devote all his time to music and taking singing lessons. Starting
from 2002, it will take its first steps in the profession by registering
a title for a dance compilation. In 2003, his meeting with the
producer Mark Ronson will be decisive. It records the title "She's
Got Me". The title was a huge success in clubs in Australia
and awarded two prizes. In 2007, new success with the single "Stop
Me" from the album "Version" by Mark Ronson. This
time, Daniel is ready to deliver his work, a mixture of pop and
R'n'B. He recorded the album "Love And War". Upon its
release in 2009, the first two singles "Change" and
"Red" enter the top ten of the English charts. |
