BIOGRAPHY

Scott Matthews was born in 1976 in Wolverhampton (UK). At age
seven, he receives a gift his first guitar. It starts with learning
the music and it's rock that inspires much. Groups like the Beatles
or Led Zeppelin and artists like Bob Dylan and Joe Satriani are
his models. As as its musical explorations Scott Matthews navigates
between funk, rock and soul as independent groups with whom he
plays. Singer-songwriter, he decided to go solo and signed a contract
with a record company in 2004. His debut album "Passing Stranger"
was released in 2006 and the single "Elusive" meets
a big success in the United Kingdom. Considered heir to Jeff Buckley,
Scott Matthews music book filled with inspiration with folk blues
that captivated audiences. In 2009, he returned with its second
album, "Elsewhere" which incorporates the same revenue
as the previous one and should know the same success. |
