BIOGRAPHY :
Sara Gilbert, whose real name is Rebecca Abeles, was born on 29 January 1975 in Santa Monica, California (United States). It is the little sister of Melissa (Laura Ingalls) and Jonathan (Willie Olson) Gilbert, two actors from the series "La Petite Maison Dans La Prairie". This example and Sara want to start to turn in acting. She obtained a few small roles for television. In 1987 it is cast in a future sitcom, "Roseanne" and it is used to interpret one of the main characters: "Darlene Conner". From 1988 to the end of the series in 1997, Sara Gilbert will be in all seasons. In parallel to the shooting, she was studying photography at Yale University and received his degree with honors in 1997.
